Finding Balance as a Christian Leader
Balancing calling, career, and family life as a Christian leader is not always easy. Many people want to serve God faithfully, do meaningful work , and stay deeply connected to their spouse, children, and loved ones. But in real life, those responsibilities can pull you in different directions. Some days, ministry needs feel urgent. Other days, work deadlines take over.
